Who We Are
Flow Factory is built by a community of people with a passion, coming together to share the experience of joy and dance with the world through accessible and affordable lessons.
Meet Our Founders
Hi! My name is Hayden Jackson and I am 16 years old. I have been dancing since I was in preschool. I am familiar in styles such as ballet, tap dance, hip hop, and jazz.
For me, dance has always been an escape from the reality and difficulties of life. I could be having the worst day of my life, and leave my dance class having forgotten my problems and feeling a sense of relief.
The lifelong bonds and friendships I have built and strengthened through dance are some I will never forget, and I would like nothing more than to share the joy and power of dance with other people.

Hi! My name is Kris Thekkinedath, and I am 16 years old. I've been dancing since I was 5 and specialize in styles such as Bollywood, Bhangra, and hip hop.
For me, dance has always been more than just movement—it's a way to disconnect from the stress and challenges of everyday life. No matter how tough my day has been, stepping into the studio helps me leave my worries behind. I walk out feeling lighter, more focused, and reenergized.
The friendships and connections I've built through dance are among the most meaningful in my life. These shared moments have created strong bonds that I truly cherish. More than anything, I hope to share the joy, energy, and transformative power of dance with others.
But Why Dance?
Growing up, I was super shy. I didn't talk much, didn't always know how to say what I was feeling. I'd sit in the back, keep to myself, and just observe. But then—one day—I found dance. Or maybe dance found me.
It gave me a way to speak without words. When I couldn't say how I felt, I could move. And somehow, that said everything. I started to feel more confident, more free, more me.
But not everyone gets that chance. Dance isn't offered in most schools. It costs money, and not everybody has access. That's not fair—because I know what dance can do for someone who feels small or stuck or unsure of themselves.
That's why this camp exists. To give people—especially the quiet ones—a space to open up, to express, and to be seen. Whether you're outgoing or introverted, experienced or just curious, you belong here.
We're not just teaching steps. We're building confidence, community, and self-expression. One move at a time.
Let's dance it out.

Built On
Our foundation rests on three essential pillars that guide everything we do at Flow Factory.
Self Expression
We believe dance is a personal journey of discovery. Every student is encouraged to find their unique voice and style, celebrating individuality while building technical skills.
Commitment
Growth requires dedication. We foster a culture of commitment where students learn the value of practice, persistence, and showing up for themselves and their community.
Teamwork
Dance is collaborative art. We emphasize the importance of supporting each other, learning together, and creating something beautiful as a unified community.
